This week was kinda crazy.
On Wednesday, Elder Holland visited our mission! He wasn't able to
come a few weeks ago, so he came this week! He talked a lot about how
we can become an amazing mission.
On Friday, Elder Leavitt ended up going home. He woke up in a bunch of pain, and President Griffin came over and decided that he should go home. So I've been working with Elder Dennis and Elder Shaffer the past few days. Elder Leavitt is doing alright now, he's apparently going into surgery in the next few days.
On Sunday, I went to church by myself. The other Elders had to attend their wards in another building, so I just stuck around the other brethren. IT was weird not having a companion. That night, we biked a bit to visit someone. We found out really quickly that my little bike I got from GoodWill was barely up to the task. So that bike's kinda wrecked now...... Worst 25 dollars I ever spent :P
