JULY 22, 2014: SISTER MELISSA RICHARDSON
assion and Tayvon are scheduled to get baptized this Saturday! The whole ward is excited for it! I can't wait! It will be so happy.
The Lunas are still doing well! We had a lesson with them this week and took the Bishop and his wife with us and it went really well.
We had a great lesson with Montee and her two daughters. They are loving everything we are teaching them! They were planning on coming to church this Sunday but then had a family emergency.
Jenny came to the Relief Society activity this week and loved it! We gave her a church tour afterwards.
I gave a training in District Meeting on faith.
We were tracting and ran into an eternigator we had no idea about. We went to get smoothies with her one day this week and she knows most everybody in the church around here and has been taught the missionary lessons lots of time...we've just gotta figure out what's holding her back from being baptized!
We had about 7 people at our ASL class! We were so excited. They were all Mom-age women. It was fun.
The mission office called us on Wednesday and told us we were moving which we weren't expecting! So now instead of living with a member, they have found us a Condo which will be good but will also bring its own set of challenges. But changes are always good. We just have to figure out how to coordinate having people help us move all the mission furniture at the beginning of August.
We have been spending some time this week doing music practice getting ready for the Music youth devotional this next Sunday. Sister Giles (the Bishop's wife) said she was going to record it and send it to our families, so hopefully that works out!
It was a good week, but definitely a tiring one!
Sister Richardson
