ELDER JOSEPH RICHARDSON - June 21, 2016 - Week 43: Teaching for Days

Hello Everyone!

It's been a busy week! We taught 10 different lessons this week! It was crazy!

We're still teaching a guy named Joshua. He finally came to church this week! We brought a super awesome High Priest named Brother Peck to his lesson on Saturday, and Brother Peck even volunteered to bring Joshua to church! We've got him on date for baptism, and hope he can make it!

We also started teaching a few new people recently, and they're pretty interested! We met with a young man named Connor who wants to know much more about the great apostasy, which is a pretty unique issue! We're also teaching a man with only one leg, who wants to be taught about the blessings of marriage.

One cool story is about a member over in the YSA ward named Mike. Mike has been really taking doing member missionary work seriously. He's been chugging out referrals to the whole zone. In fact, the one legged man we taught this week was a referral from him! Turns out he works at Fry's, and Mike decided to invited him to hear the missionaries as he was checking out! That's how you do it! :D

Another funny story is that, within the last week, both us and our Zone Leaders have been given ginormous amounts of food from members. We're running out of freezer space!

That's what I've got to tell this week. How's everyone been?

Keep Hauling That Water,
Elder Joseph Richardson
